Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Serenely Gifted. By placing an order through our website or social media channels, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. These terms exist to protect both our clients and our business.

Service Area

Serenely Gifted currently operates exclusively in Oklahoma City, OK and surrounding areas. All orders are fulfilled by local hand delivery or in-person setup. No items are shipped.


Orders

  • All standard orders must be placed at least 48 hours in advance.
  • Last-minute or same-day requests must be made via direct message (DM) and, if accepted, will include a $25 rush fee.
  • Orders are confirmed only after payment is received.
  • For room setups and decor, access to the space is required at least 2 hours prior to the event. For safety reasons, no one else may be present during setup.


Alcohol and Wine Disclaimer

Serenely Gifted does not sell or provide alcohol. Any wine or liquor included in arrangements or setups is provided by the customer, and Serenely Gifted decorates and includes it as part of the gift presentation.

Safety & Conduct

We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel any order if we feel that the working environment is unsafe or if expectations cannot be reasonably met.


Client Information

We collect client information such as name, phone number, address, and email strictly for order communication and fulfillment. Your data is private — we do not sell or share personal information under any circumstances.

Return and Refund Policy

We aim to deliver every custom order with care and excellence. Due to the personalized and perishable nature of our products and services, all sales are considered final. However, exceptions are made under the following conditions:


Eligible Refunds or Replacements

  • If fresh flowers arrive wilted or dead, please contact us immediately upon delivery with photo evidence.
  • If a significant issue occurs that was our fault (e.g., wrong product, missing items), we will work to make it right through a refund or replacement at our discretion.

Order Cancellations

  • Orders may be canceled with a full refund if canceled at least 48 hours before the scheduled delivery or setup time.
  • Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance are non-refundable, as materials and time will have already been allocated.


No Refunds Will Be Issued For:

  • Custom bouquets, dipped strawberries, or setups once delivered or completed.
  • Late cancellations or missed appointments.
  • Customer dissatisfaction based on subjective preferences (colors, design, etc.), as we confirm themes and styles ahead of time.
